Jenny Towler Fitness, is run by me, driven by my passion for Health and Fitness and my love working with clients to help change there body and the way they think about food and exercise.
I offer Personal Training which is a great way to push yourself (with help and Guidance) to your GOALS, 1hr sessions working towards your specific goals and targets with the back up of nutritional advise and help from me.

I started with Jenny in May of this year. I had already lost some weight and wanted to lose more weight and increase my fitness. Jenny has been great, she pushes you without you noticing it. The biggest thing thing has been a change in my body shape. It has given me greater confidence: clothes fit better, people tell me that I look slimmer. I no longer get out of breath on the stairs of have to use my asthma inhalers on a regular basis.
