Jenny Towler Fitness, is run by me, driven by my passion for Health and Fitness and my love working with clients to help change there body and the way they think about food and exercise.
I offer Personal Training which is a great way to push yourself (with help and Guidance) to your GOALS, 1hr sessions working towards your specific goals and targets with the back up of nutritional advise and help from me.

I was recommended training with Jenny by a friend. I wanted to loose weight and get my fitness levels up. I'm not a confident enough person to go to the gym or boot camps because of groups. I have been training with Jenny for a while now. She has built my confidence up and knows how far to push me but also knowing when I'm at my limit all the time making it fun and not a chore. Jenny also gives good food advice and suggestions to help me with my weight lose. Training with Jenny has been so good for me and would highly recommend.
