Jenny Towler Fitness, is run by me, driven by my passion for Health and Fitness and my love working with clients to help change there body and the way they think about food and exercise.

I offer Personal Training which is a great way to push yourself (with help and Guidance) to your GOALS, 1hr sessions working  towards your specific goals and targets with the back up of nutritional advise and help from me.

If you’re looking for a Group workout, check out my Body Blitz Bootcamp, where you’ll have 55 minutes of training in the outdoors. A fun, calorie blasting workout, My Body Blitz Bootcamp is designed for all fitness levels to help shape and tone your body.

We have been training together with Jenny once a week for the past 6 (?) months. It suits us to train as a couple as we can encourage or even compete with each other!

Jenny's approach is very effective as she is friendly and personable but has clear expectations that encourage us to push ourselves much more than we would training alone and thereby achieve a much better level of fitness.
