Personal training is a great way to change shape, lose weight and get fit. It can give you the boost to get over a stubborn plateau, take the stress of planning workouts away and give you a motivational kick. Working 1-2-1 and having someone to push you really makes a difference (see my before and after pictures) to the workouts and sessions are designed for each client individually. I also offer Buddy training which means you can train with a friend, split the cost and still benefit from working with with me. I offer nutritional advice to all my clients giving you a way of eating for life.
