I started with Jenny in May of this year. I had already lost some weight and wanted to lose more weight and increase my fitness. Jenny has been great, she pushes you without you noticing it. The biggest thing thing has been a change in my body shape. It has given me greater confidence: clothes fit better, people tell me that I look slimmer. I no longer get out of breath on the stairs of have to use my asthma inhalers on a regular basis.

We have been training together with Jenny once a week for the past 6 (?) months. It suits us to train as a couple as we can encourage or even compete with each other!

Jenny's approach is very effective as she is friendly and personable but has clear expectations that encourage us to push ourselves much more than we would training alone and thereby achieve a much better level of fitness.

Both of us are in our sixties so Jenny is very careful to adapt exercises if she sees we are getting too tired or have had a recent health issue.

We would not hesitate to recommend Jenny as a personal trainer.

I started Jenny Towlers boot camp when my youngest child started school and I therefore had more time on my hands. I wanted to get fit, tone up and lose weight and I had tried various other evening classes before Like Zumba, Aerobics and Pole dancing but none of them suited me. I started the Monday morning class and I loved it !!! being outside in the fresh air was great and the variety of each class was excellent in targeting all areas of your body.

I soon started the Friday session as well and now also have a 1-2-1 with Jenny each week. Jenny has helped me feel good about myself and helped with a food diary so I know what I should and shouldn't be eating to lose weight. Jenny is very good at what she does she is firm but kind with it, she gets to know you and your barriers and what works for you. I really do miss it if I can't attend a class.

I started personal training with Jenny as I wanted to lose weight for my wedding. Overall, in the time we were together I found her to be very thorough in understanding my needs and working with me to fully identify my goals. Her personal programmes and 1-2-1 sessions have been extremely worthwhile.

Each week was different, Jenny never gave me generic routines, she mixed it up and always challenged me and my focus. My objectives and motivation were always maintained. I am almost 2 dress sizes smaller and my fitness and balance has improved tremendously.

I have worked with Jenny for the past 14 months. I have previously used gyms but I could spend hours there and not achieve very much at all.

I explained my goals to Jenny, one of which was a police fitness test. Jenny worked with me to achieve this using specific and personalised techniques. I have never felt stronger and fitter than I do at the moment.

Jenny has a natural talent to get the best out of people and encourages and motivates me to do better and more and more than I thought I could. She is always there for support and of the the occasional motivational kick when you feel less than at your best.

I was down and didn’t like myself – unfit, unhealthy and sagging face due to neglecting myself.

I met Jenny through David Lloyd Gym. She became my Personal Trainer and as soon as we met we hit it off. The gym, to me, has always been a daunting experience but with Jenny beside me, the transition was a breeze.

Jenny took the time to find out about me. Her knowledge and ability to design a programme unique to me that meets my needs, has made a great difference to my self-esteem. Jenny has learnt to read me and recognises when I am flagging. As my fitness and stamina has improved, Jenny has adapted the exercises to suit current needs/aims.
As a result, Jenny has guided me to make good choices with every aspect of my health and wellbeing. I am extremely glad I met Jenny through DLG, and there was never any question about following her to her new business. My friends have noticed a difference in me – both size and general health.

I started going to a class called fight club when I first meet Jenny she was my instructor and I really enjoyed the class, we became friends and I continued to come to each class, she saw something in me that I never had before and asked me to take up a boxing fight, I pushed myself and took on the challenge, I loved it and started doing more with jenny, we would train together as well as having pt I'm continuing my journey along side jenny she has made me realise what I can achieve and brought out more of me iv even started running which I never thought I could do!
